I’ve recently read Richard Schwartz’s ‘No Bad Parts’ and I’ve had some IFS therapy. Which titles do you recommend for reading “…through the lens of Internal Family Systems.”
Martha Sweezy is whose book I am currently reading, but IFS I think is usually best studied in real time rather than reading and maybe thats why it's so hard to find great books on it! I love the model, and hope you got a lot out of your therapy! xx
