LETTER - Personal Thread: Re-aligning to our Current Capacity not our old views

When beliefs about ourselves are the only thing holding us back

We have 9 weeks left of 2205. Wild, isn’t it? It’s around this time that I usually do a lot of reflecting. I don’t think I have had a year that has even remotely looked like another year since I finished high school. Everything from where I lived, to what I studied, to how I moved my body, meditated, engaged in my spiritual practices, how I eat, what type of work I do, and my partnering and parenting has shifted and evolved. My hair, my clothes, everything changes up. Some of us are not destined for so much change, and some of us are. In the same way some of us have a enormous capacity for flux and some of us do not. This is neither something to be proud of, or be ashamed of - it just is. We didn’t choose our genetics, our nervous system, our personalities or our conditioning. We have to work with what Existence provided us with. In order to evolve clearly, first we have to get honest, and real.
