Creating Complete Coherence

No Regrets You Had a Choice Over

We have recently wrapped the most enlightening program called Coherence. Nearly 50 women from around the world joined me for 10 weeks to slowly, surely understand themselves better. One of the women posted in the WhatsApp group today about feeling like she’s ready to start taking her life seriously. Getting clear on what might mean. And wondering what does this mean for fun.

I responded with this -

‘I hear enormous clarity. It’s your LIFE. You get one of them only. There will never ever in existence be another you, in this way, in this moment, this exact sequence. It absolutely needs to be taken seriously to THEN have fun! Otherwise, the fun comes with a bypass of what this one shot means. This is the gift facing death gives us. If we live to our full life expectancy. - IF - 38-41 is the midpoint. Mid 50’s is not middle age actually. What we each do with the time we have here on earth, I hope we all give bravely, with courage and choosing whatever feels like the right fit.’

So I ask you today, as we explore gaining clarity and gaining and regret - bring to mind three people you love and adore. If they died today, what have you not yet shared with them? What have you held back? What will you regret not saying should you not have the chance?
